Holly Willoughby returns to This Morning
'It's so nice to be back': Holly Willoughby is back hosting ITV's This Morning for the first time since her co-star Phillip Schofield stepped back from the show.
The presenter, 41, looked stunning in a floral midi dress as she returned to the famous This Morning sofa on Monday morning.
Her return comes after Phillip, 60, took a break from the show following the backlash over queue-jumping at Westminster Hall.
Speaking to co-host Alison Hammond, Holly said: "It's so nice to be back, it really is. It's been a bit of a strange few weeks but we're back now so let's get on with the show."
Holly and Phillip have been friends for many years and have hosted This Morning together since 2009.
However, their relationship has been under strain in recent months following Phillip's decision to skip the queue to see the Queen lying in state.
The pair have reportedly had a number of heated discussions about the incident, and it is believed that Phillip could leave the show.
However, Holly has insisted that she is committed to This Morning and that she is looking forward to working with Phillip again in the future.
